ORDERING PROCESS
How do I place an order?
To purchase, simply browse the website and add the items you'd like to your cart. Follow the checkout process to complete your purchase securely using any major credit card or PayPal.
* Some items require customization before you add to your cart. Once you have personalized your item, you will then be able to add to your cart and checkout from there.
How do I receive my order after purchase?
For instant downloads, you will be able to download your item right on the order confirmation screen.
For editable templates, you'll receive an instant download link immediately on your order confirmation screen.
Printed stationery orders are processed within 3-5 business days, and you'll receive updates on the status of your order until delivery.

What types of products do you offer?
I offer instant downloads (non editable), editable templates, as well as professionally printed and shipped event stationery.
What formats are available for instant downloads?
Depending on the design, you will receive a 300 DPI JPG, PDF, or both!
What formats are available for editable templates?
All of the editable templates on my website are editable through Canva.
What paper do you use for your printed & shipped items?
All designs are printed on 100 lb ultra white card stock.
What type of printing do you offer?
I currently only offer standard, flat printing.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
How long does shipping take, and how much will it cost?
Instant downloads: No physical item will be shipped and no costs are associated with shipping. Your item will be available immediately after checkout on your order confirmation screen.
Editable templates: No physical item will be shipped and no costs are associated with shipping. Your item will be available immediately after checkout on your order confirmation page.
Printed & Shipped items: Shipping times and costs vary based on your location. As of now, I only offer standard shipping options. Please keep this in mind if you are on a tight turnaround time!
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, I do not ship internationally. Instant download and editable template designs are available worldwide!

What is your return policy?
I do not accept returns, but please contact me if you have any issues whatsoever with your order!

Can you edit my template for me?
I do not offer template editing services. I apologize!
Is there an option to customize a product that is non-customized?

Absolutely! Please visit the upload your own section for the option to have your item printed and shipped to you.
What is included in your printing services?
All items are printed on 100 lb ultra white cardstock.
Spelling and grammar services are not included with printing services and semi-custom services. Please double check your information before sending it over to me.
